manufacturers to install cabin filters within vehicle
air conditioning and ventilation units.
H.V.A.F. has reacted to these trends by developing
manufacturing equipment that enables the production of
lighter weight and pleatable media. A specification
that is critical in this application area.
Technostat's
high efficiency and low air flow resistance
characteristics not only maximise protection for
drivers and passengers but minimise fan workload and
size. Independent tests have demonstrated that the use
of Technostat
within cabin filters significantly increases the
surface life when compared to conventional media.
Technostat
has been designed to meet the evolving standards not
only in the automobile sector but also in the
developing markets of agriculture, aviation and
railways.
New developments include combination media of both Technostat
and granular carbon for active odour and gas removal.
